Facilities Rental

We are excited to share our space with you to host your own meetings and events! Room rentals are available on weekends and weekday evenings and include tables, chairs, some AV capacity and complimentary WiFi.

We have two spaces to offer alone or as a package:

Community Room

Ideal for groups of up to 44 for a seated meal or up to 60 with theater-style seating.

Lady Bird Board Room

Ideal for groups of up to 24.





If you are a nonprofit partner of The Nashville Food Project who is requesting access to this space for a non-fundraising event, you may be eligible for sliding scale rates. Please indicate this in your inquiry. 


Facilities Rental Inquiry

We accept facilities rental requests based on the availability of our space on nights and weekends only. Please submit your request at least two weeks before your event, or as early as six months before the event. Once your request is submitted, our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
