A California native, Jacob moved to Nashville in February of 2018. He attended the University of California, Davis and received his degree in International Agricultural Development. While in California, Jacob became passionate about the intersection of food and people, and tried to pursue that passion through school and work. Jacob has spent time working and writing for various agriculture organizations, and as a horticulturist with a local arboretum. Now with The Nashville Food Project, you can find Jacob in one of our gardens, working with volunteers, and helping to grow our produce!
