Michael Clark, Food Access Manager

Michael spent most of his life in Knoxville, Tennessee before moving to Murfreesboro to attend MTSU and then ultimately finding his way to Nashville. He worked a number of restaurant/catering gigs which led him to work in various commissary kitchen spaces. Through these spaces he was introduced to the ever growing number of local producers & local growers in the Nashville area. This started a passion of sorts for just being around it all. Through his work he slowly realized the distinction between supporting the local food community and using local food to help support the community. This realization led him on the path to being a part of TNFP. Outside of work Michael enjoys trying out new recipes at home, going to the movies & attending far too many concerts.
