Volunteer with Us at Full Circle Garden

We welcome you to join us at the garden! Sign up to learn more about weekly workdays, events and more!

The Full Circle Garden is a vibrant growing space, home to a variety of vegetables, herbs, and an abundance of flowers for pollinators and humans alike. The Full Circle Garden is situated adjacent to the individual plots at the Community Farm at Mill Ridge. Gardeners grow food collaboratively and share the abundance.

Gardeners work alongside staff and other gardeners to plant, care for and harvest vegetables. Many gardeners work in the garden about six hours a month, although no minimum time commitment is required. Gardeners can be flexible in how they choose to participate, and can take home a share of the harvest each week, starting in April. Additionally, participants are invited to monthly garden community events and workshops where we learn new skills, share meals, and celebrate together throughout the growing season.

Typical vegetables grown include tomatoes, peppers, salad greens, cooking greens, sweet potatoes and melons. Gardeners can take home a share of available vegetables, herbs and flowers. The bulk of the produce we grow together will be shared with other farm community members and partner agencies.

Some of the produce we grow together goes to a monthly pay-what-you-can produce stand. Learn more.
