Soul-filled Sundays are an opportunity to come together and engage in relaxing and healing activities in the garden.

About this event

Space is limited to 10 participants.

Gathering in the garden provides the opportunity to get to know one another while engaging in simple activities such as poetry, listening o music, and dancing, while receiving the health benefits of gardening.

WHO: This is designed for adults but mature children over 12 are welcome to join.

COST: This is a donation-based experience. Donations support access to fresh food, and education classes for our residents as well as materials for the garden.

WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear clothes and shoes you do not mind getting dirty. Also wear sunscreen, a hat and bring a shirt with long sleeves for sun protection. Masks are required. We will social distance as much as possible.

WHAT TO BRING: Please bring water and snacks.
