Help improve the farmyard and farmhouse at the forthcoming Mill Ridge Park in Antioch, Tennessee. Volunteer work will consist of a variety of instructed improvements to the farmyard and farmhouse, including planting, mulching, and pruning trees; removing invasive plants and weeds; debris and trash removal; farmhouse repairs; fence work; etc.
Mill Ridge Park is 600+ acres of nature, centrally located in the fast-growing, diverse community of Southeast Davidson County. Friends of Mill Ridge Park enhances and advocates for Mill Ridge Park to strengthen the community in Southeast Davidson County. Friends of Mill Ridge Park hosts local families, students, and employees for outdoor activities at the farm at Mill Ridge Park.
Dress for the outdoors with weather and uneven terrain. Supplies, equipment, and refreshments will be provided onsite.
