Join us for a reception celebrating Enough to go Around: Food and Community in Nashville - an exhibition of work by local artists that was organized by the Frist Art Museum and was originally on display in the Museum’s Conte Community Arts Gallery.
Local artists were invited to submit original works of art that explored topics of food justice, access, production, waste, and how food brings people together. You can read more about the exhibition here. A selection of works from the original exhibition will be on display in The Nashville Food Project’s Community Dining Room starting in late October until mid-December.
Drinks and light hors d’oeuvres from the kitchens of The Nashville Food Project will be available for guests to enjoy while exploring the featured artwork and chatting with the artists. Several artists will also share the stories behind their work (remarks starting at 6pm).
Please RSVP below so we can plan for an appropriate number of refreshments. This event is free and open to the public.
Our Headquarters hosts a ramp on the west side of the building as well as accessible, All-Gender restrooms available for visitor use.

Best known for his creativity, humor, and community-minded spirit, Arnold has spent his career celebrating the connections between food, culture, and identity.
A longtime champion of Nashville’s vibrant food scene, Arnold is the chef and owner behind beloved local concepts including Suzy Wong’s House of Yum and International Market, the restaurant founded by his mother, Patti Myint, that introduced authentic Thai cuisine to Nashville more than four decades ago.
Through his new cookbook, Family Thai, Arnold shares personal stories and recipes that honor his family’s legacy while inviting readers to experience Thai home cooking through a lens of love, laughter, and belonging. His stop at The Nashville Food Project marks a special celebration of that legacy, one rooted in food, family, and community.
