Join us as we celebrate the start of a new growing season at McGruder Community Garden in North Nashville.

McGruder Community Garden is a shared space where neighbors come together to grow food, flowers, and herbs while building connection across the community. The garden continues to thrive through the participation of long-standing community members, new neighbors, and partner organizations connected through the McGruder Resource Center.

Opening Day is a chance to gather, reconnect, and welcome the season ahead. Come enjoy an afternoon in the garden with community activities, opportunities to connect with local organizations, and time to celebrate the work and relationships that continue to grow in this space.

We are grateful to be joined by participating partners including Afrokokoroot, Plant for a Change, Master Gardeners of Davidson County, and Hope Gardens.

We look forward to growing together. Registration is not required.
