Facilities Rental

We are excited to share our space with you to host your own meetings and events! Our headquarters has two beautiful spaces for your to choose from for organizational and community events such as board meetings, fundraisers, workshops, and celebrations.

Community Room

Ideal for groups of up to 44 for a seated meal and up to 60 with auditorium seating or standing room events. Rental includes up to 11 4-top tables, 60 chairs, a pull-down screen for presentations, a small in-room kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.

Lady Bird Board Room

Meeting space for groups of up to 24. Rental includes 6 movable tables, up to 24 chairs, white boards, large television with HDMI connection, and conference call equipment. This room is available alone during regular working hours and/or as a package with the community room on weekends and weekday evenings.





If you are a nonprofit who is requesting access to this space for a non-fundraising event, you may be eligible for sliding scale rates. Please indicate this in your inquiry. 


Facilities Rental Inquiry

Interested in utilizing TNFP space(s) for your event or meeting? Please submit your request at least one month prior to your event. Once your request is submitted, our team will be in touch as we review inquiries each Monday. Please note that responses may be delayed during the holiday season.
